A place that I would like to visit
If I could choose any place in the world to go, It would take me forever to choose. But I guess I would say I would like to go to South Africa. It is the home to a ton of cultural things, such as African tribes, and home to many historical places.(plus it has a million golf courses!) It is almost totally surrounded by coastline, and seems like a very fun and scenic place to go for a couple weeks or months. I don't know if I would like to live anywhere except for the United States, but if I was going to do it, I would like to live there. It has wild grasslands, beaches, snow, anything you can imagine, all packed into one country. Its AWESOME!!!! If you wanted to you could probably go swimming at the beach, and snowskiing all in a matter of hours! But the thing I like most about south africa is all of the wildlife that is there. There are so many different species of animals, you could make a list that is longer than Santa Clauses naught and nice list about all of the animal species that live in South Africa! There are giraffes, jaguars, lions and tigers and bears, Oh My!!!! But I love South Africa for so many reasons, and those are the reasons that I would love to go there.

Overpopulation
It seems to me that each country reacts a little differently to overpopulation. Some countries restrict the population in the cities, and begin to make people live in the rural areas, or something along those lines. But what I would do if my country(golf-tyler-opia-land) I had overpopulation, I would probably do the same. I would cut off all migration into the big cities, and make people start to move into the rural areas. It seems like a logical idea, because it doesnt involve any deaths or mass executions to cut down the population of an area!! I am not exactly sure how this would effect the population of the country, because I would think if I cut off migration to a big city, then people would stop living in my country altogether, and begin moving to other places, which would in turn, begin to decrease my population largely. Which now looking at what I just typed, that would be a good thing, so yes, I really like my plan.

Genocides
I think that the people to blame for the situation in Rwanda was the Belgians. Because if they hadnt seperated everyone into different groups, and given each group different ranks and things like that, there would have never been that violent feuding. However, the United States sitting back and letting it just happen made me sick to my stomach. And the worst part was that the United States just denied that there was a situation over there. I mean, everyone knows that there was something wrong, but all we did was say 'it is not a genocide.' Thats just terrible! But as for the situation in Darfur, I am just hoping we dont do the same thing we did in 1994. Okay, you might be able to make excuses for yourself the first time it happens, but when it happens a second time, you cant say you didnt know what to do. So I am really hoping that the United States government acts accordingly to the situation. The U.S. can say that no other countries helped with the situation in Rwanda. Yes, that is true, but just because they didnt doesnt give us that right. You are always supposed to do what you think is right.

First off, I would just like to say that Romeo and Juliet is STUPID!!!!! Okay, now that I got that monkey off my back, I will answer the question. I personally think that is better to fall in love. If you try to learn to love after being married, things can go bad. However, falling in love, you have the ability to find the right person for you. Learning to love can cause a divorce. And it can cause relationship problems in the future. If love is forced upon you by someone, it can scar you. If you are forced to love, it might make you not want to love in the future. Over the past two weeks my life has been hectic. I have played in 2 golf tournaments. I placed 2nd in both of them. I would have liked to have won one, but i guess that 2nd really isnt that bad. The field was strong, so I played well. I am pleased with my finish. I just hope I can continue in my success. I really love golf.
Cultural Stuff
My favorite musical group would have to be the Foo Fighters. I really like the messages that they put in their songs. Most of the time there is a deeper meaning to the lyrics in their songs. And this really makes them appeal to me. I also like them because of, well, they make good music! Their most well known song is called The Pretender. It was at the top of the Rock charts for a very long time. It even set a world record. Over the past two weeks, I have had a very interesting life. I have played in numerous golf tournaments. I have made a trip to my lakehouse. I have gone to school, and even done homework! Even though January and February are not the most exciting months, I make it work. I try my best to keep warm in these months. It can be hard to play golf in these two months. Becaue of the pure cold in Austin.

Free Week, Oh Yeah!!!!!!
Okay, well for all of you guys that know me, you can guess what I am going to talk about. GOLF!!!! And for all of you guys that have no clue who I am, I will have you know that I love to play golf, every day, all day, any day, and any other kinds of days that you can think of. My life sort of revolves around my golf practice schedule. I go home, do my homework, and practice golf for several hours until I go to sleep. It means the world to me, and I am hoping to play on the PGA tour someday. And if I don't , I am going to never like myself again. I only have one chance to make a name for myself, so I am definately not going to waste my chance to let my name go unheard of!!! But other than golf, I would like to talk about how much I hate MATH! I do not like math at all, and it is by far my worst subject, so anyone out there that is good at math and is a good tutor. Help is needed!!!!! My math teacher(not going to mention names) is not the nicest person on the planet if you know what I mean. She thinks she knows everything, and will never admit it when she makes a mistake. And that is one of my pet peeves. I hate it when people make mistakes and just say oh well I accidentally did this, or did this. Just say you messed up!!! It's not that hard!!!

Culture
My favorite musical group or band would probably have to be the Foo Fighters. I have a whole bunch of their music on my ipod. I really like their music because of all of the instruments they use in their performances. Plus, the words to their songs have a connotative meaning. Or in other words, they actually mean something. And that really makes me like a groups music, if it actually means something to me. Some people just sing about random stuff but I really like these guys. I hope they keep making music for a very long time. As for my life the past couple weeks, I have been a very busy person. I have played in multiple golf tournaments over this span, and even gone to my lake house. I played pretty well in the tournaments, getting 3rd in one of them, and 5th in the other. But I had a blast at my lakehouse. Even though the water is still too cold to swin in, I still really enjoy spending quality time with my family. Playing games, barbeqing, and other fun stuff like that!!!!!

Technologyyyy you gotta love cell phones!
Some of the technology that I use in my everyday life would have to by my cell phone, my ipod, and sometimes a computer. I dont use a computer as much as some other people in the United States, but it is still somewhat important in my life. My cell phone is probably the most used of all these technology things. I use it a lot for text messaging my friends and communicating with my parents. The biggest technological breakthrough that has happened lately would probably have to be the touch screen phone. I dont have one, but many people do. It allows for a lot quicker calling, texting, and other things. That, and just the cell phone in general have been the largest breakthroughs in the United States in the last 20 years. I think technology can be both good and bad. It is good because it helps us communicate more efficiently, and more successfully. It can be bad because of sometimes we misuse the technology. We can use it too much, and become socially inactive.
